Игрушка классная, по наполнению, диалогам. Модельки радуют глаз, если автор продолжит в том же духе, то проект точно взлетит.

Довольно многообещающе.
По минусам:
Чудовищное количество воды во вступительном монологе сильно напрягло. (Впрочем, как вижу, даже сам автор над своей особенностью поиронизировал в последнем посте). Ну, и несколько женоподобное лицо ГГ.

Так что будем надеяться. Поминаемый "Дом на полпути" тоже начинался хорошо, но к главе к ...4, вроде, я бросил и удалил.

Игру можно похвалить за арты, они действительно имеют свой запоминающий стиль. Но вот все остальное.. воды в тексте столько, словно я на рыбалку сходил. За сюжетом не интересно наблюдать. Очень часто моменты выборов ставят в тупик. Приходится возвращаться и перечитывать чтобы как-то понять. Музыка взята по типу лишь бы была, она никак не гармонирует с происходящим и зачастую сделана очень даже громко, что не дополняет атмосферу происходящего, а лишь отвлекает.

Connected Road Map
I'm feeling pretty good the past few days. I've been down, but I've had more energetic days than sluggish ones, which is a good thing obviously. And when I feel good, I like to find things to do. Chapter 3 is coming soon, but it will only be the first half. I've been painfully slow with this chapter, but I'm about midway through this last sex scene and I plan to end it there and call it "Ch 3 First Half" or just v0.35. I don't think the length of the half will justify the wait for it, but you can expect it to be the most exciting half. Lots of action! I'm probably overextending myself with the animations and tons of manual posing, but I'll talk about it more when it's ready, but this isn't what I wanted to talk about really.

What I wanted to talk about was my plans for Connected, as in the general flow of the story arcs involved. If you're familiar with anime visual novels, I sorted out Connected to take after that format in a way. To give you a brief rundown of the format, many visual novels are sorted in routes. You have your common route and then multiple character routes.

The common route sort of serves as the introduction to the characters and gives basic info about them leading into each character route. Right now, we are in the common route, but after I finish that we will start individual character routes, where either Ayana, Charlotte or Michelle will take center stage. If you paid attention to Chapter 2, you will find basic info about Ayana and Charlotte's arcs. Michelle is next, but not in this chapter. I'm using this "common route" to highlight the potential conflicts they will face later on.

Ayana, Charlotte and Michelle's arcs are all planned out, it's just a matter of event planning for each chapter and writing the dialogue, but I know how the characters start, what changes they go through and in what ways the characters end. I won't spoil who comes first though, but you'll know it when it happens. I only anticipate the common route to last up to Chapter 4.

To clarify though, no one is exclusive in any character arc. For example, if you are on Ayana's arc, you can interact, flirt, fuck any other character I decide to focus on in that chapter. There are no restrictions. You may also get hints for the next girls' character arc while on Ayana's arc too. This way, I'm not focusing on too many story arcs at once and each girl gets their individual shine and development. So yeah, I'm excited to present all of this to you guys.

Мне показалась нудной! Диалоги сплошь вода ни о чем! События, пока рано говорить. Ну возможно это из-за того что Демка! Буду пробовать снова играть, лишь через 3-4 обновы.

Очень много ошибок при выборе рода (муж/жен) в разговорах Шарлотты, редко в обращениях Криса к Шарлотте; также путаница в обращениях ТЫ-ВЫ. Пара стилистических неточностей, но! СПАСИБО за перевод!!!!

Fuck it. I'll make this week's preview public. Not like I'm hiding anything with this one. MC's expression here is kinda how I've been feeling.
First, stay safe ya'll. Shit's getting real here in NYC. This virus panic has been zapping me of all my energy lately. It's part of why I don't watch the news, but the folks, especially the old man loves to watch the news and have that shit full blast and all I hear is panic, panic, body count rising, panic and my phone is always pinging with something new, so I can't get away from it. So I just tend to put on my headphones, play my music loud and start to work as best as I can.
Other than that, my introverted ass has always been sort of "self-quarantining" for a while so this isn't anything new for me. The memes are funny to me, if nothing else though. Black Twitter and IG meme pages are undefeated in that regard, lol.

Dev Report
I know everyone's biting their nails for a date. If I were in your position I would be too. Just know it's coming. That's nothing to go on, but I rather this than get your hopes up about a date that I can't reach or a date that seems too far. Posing is a bit difficult thanks to the height difference right now. The male and female genitalia don't wanna work together because of the height difference so I have to do a lot of experimenting and editing of certain standing poses to see what works not only for the image but for the animations.
So I have to bend the knees but try to not make the pose look noticeably awkward, but then it ends up looking very awkward and then I start back from square one. It's a bit tedious, but I've dealt with this before, so I'm working it out. That's where I'm at right now and it's stagnating the development a bit, but I am working hard on it with the energy and tolerance that I have. I promised a lit scene and I intend to deliver. Honestly, if it wasn't for the extended focus on this specific part, I'd be zooming past it and probably be 80% done with the total chapter right now, but sex poses and animations take a fair amount of time to get right if the overall size of the models is different. In this case, MC is about a whole head taller than Ayana. It's different if the models are the same size, which they often are in most games where the MC and girl always literally see eye to eye.
Hopefully, I'll have something better to say soon. I do have something else I want to talk about but I'll make a separate post for that cause I feel like it's important enough to have its own post. It isn't game related though.+

Here's a concept of Ayana that will also be used in Chapter 3. I intended to go way sexier in this department, but due to the nature of the scene it's intended for, it'd just be very awkward for everyone involved, so I elected the more modest appearance here. Maybe I'll do a little bonus scene or something with her in her sexier fit.

It looks pretty clear to me that last week's poll has a clear winner. Option 2 is winning by a pretty clear margin, which I somewhat expected. A little more skin and she gets to show off her beautiful legs more . So Option 2 will be Ayana's choice of clothes for Chapter 3.

But to the people that chose the first option, do not worry. Ayana will wear those clothes in her next appearance. So if she has a good amount of screen time worth showing off her appearance in Chapter 4, she will be wearing the clothes from Option 1. If she doesn't have a lasting presence in Chapter 4, she will be wearing Option 1 whenever we end up getting a good amount of time with her.
Chapter 3

I began the writing process recently and I just finished the first scene for the most part. A little more revision and I'm good with this. I'm gonna do this differently though. I put a lot on my plate doing Chapter 2 because I did one thing at a time, which kind of overwhelmed me. I took a lot of breaks and procrastinated as a result. I wrote the whole thing. Then I rendered the whole thing. Then I coded the whole thing. I like working alone because I can control everything, but I did it wrong at that time. I allowed my mind to look at the 2000+ lines of story and become discouraged because of it. I promise you, the shit looked endless at the time.
This time I'm gonna do this in increments. Scene by scene. So now that the first scene is written, I'm gonna render it and code it, while working on the writing for scene 2 in between the rendering process for scene 1. Sometimes you gotta trick your mind into thinking it's not that much by taking the full thing and dividing it. Cut me some slack though, I'm allowed to make these rookie mistakes! But now that that rookie mistake is out of the way, you can begin looking forward to some chapter previews soon.
